A Class for Littles

This summer your littles ages 5-7 can discover the fundamentals of sound and style when it comes to music. With a hands-on approach, Instructor Corey Wells will foster your child's musical curiosity using rhythm-based games and well-loved childhood songs. Learning how to keep a beat, what is a layered harmony, a look (and experience) at how different instruments work and sound, and what sheet music is all about.

Using games, arts & crafts, and Orff instruments, your child will learn the elements of music, all about instrument families, and more! The goal: Engage your child in activities that give them a love for music and an ear for sound.

This is class can be as collaborative as you would like to make it. Parents are welcome to drop off or stay to "sit-in" on the lesson.

We will have chairs available in the room for parents. However, we do ask that all cell phones be put away (entirely) and that parents remain seated for the duration of class. We do feel parent presence can benefit learners, as they will be able to know what their child is learning and can feel free to replicate the contents at home.
