The Function Room
Large windows let in the natural light and allow for the perfect view of the pool water. A stunning decorative fireplace and wainscoting throughout makes this room visually appealing. With an unobtrusive bar top tucked into the back wall, serving a meal here is a breeze.
The Function Room can be booked at a $400 flat rate for first two (2) hour period and $100 for each additional hour of use or occupancy.
Poolside
A refreshing water feature as it is, the pool offers both beauty and function. With plenty of covered deck space, there’s ample room for mixing, mingling, and even dancing.
Poolside can be booked at a $300 flat rate for first two (2) hour period and $100 for each additional hour of use or occupancy.
Poolside with use of pool can be booked at a $450 flat rate for two (2) hour period and $100 for each additional hour of use or occupancy. Fee in the amount of $10/person for guests increasing the total headcount over 30.
*This space maintains open availability except during “pool season,” which is Memorial Day thru Labor Day. During “pool season” this space can only be booked 5pm-10pm. Additionally, all guests must follow the pool rules and posted signage. And, all swimmers must exit the pool at or before sunset.
The Lounge
This unique space is available with casual cafe style seating and also features a comfortable “living room” open area. This space awaits the look and design of your choice.
The Lounge can be booked at a $300 flat rate for first two (2) hour period and $100 for each additional hour of use or occupancy.
Private Event - Full Use
Full Facility Reservations (Private Event) includes the use of the function room and poolside. A full facility reservation can be booked at $800 for the first two (2) hour period and $100 for each additional hour.
To include the use of the function room in the booking, an additional $300 fee will be added.
